Banning Lewis Ranch
Banning Lewis Ranch is a massive parcel of land on the northeast side of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Once the location of a successful cattle ranching operation, the area was annexed by Colorado Springs in 1988. A series of developers have built about 300 homes on the northern side of the property, but went bankrupt in 2010. Homes in this highly coveted community are priced anywhere from $200,000 to well over $1 million.
